7 tips to run your home office like a champ

One of the consequences of the emergence of COVID-19 has been the dramatic increase in the need to work from home. Numerous countries are under emergency shutdown, so many jobs have moved from the office to the home with the famous definition of home office.

That’s why we want to give you 7 tips that will make you run your home office like a champion.
1. Keep your regular schedule
Start your day at the same time as when you worked in the office, eat at the times you had already established before you started doing home office and end your day at the same time you left the office. This will help your body and mind stay as productive as when you were in the office.
2. Maintain clear rules with the people you live with.
A differential part of your home and your office is that surely at home you do not find that work environment where everything is quiet and the people who are with you are focused on their work. So, talk to your people, tell them that they should respect your space and work time. For example, if you have children at home, make it clear to them what they can do at what time to avoid unwanted interruptions.
3. Go outside
